Refund policy

THE 30-DAY GUARANTEE

We say money-back guarantee and we mean it. Try the harness on your dog. Freeze the packs, clip them in, go for a walk. If either of you isn't happy within 30 days of delivery, send it back for a full refund. Used, worn, dog hair on it: still refundable.

That goes for everything we sell, sale items included. The only thing we can't refund is a gift card.

HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING

1. Email info@hoddogs.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.

2. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping is on us.

3. Drop it off. Once it arrives, we'll process your return within 3 to 5 business days and refund your original payment method.

Please request your return before sending anything. Packages that arrive without a return request can't be matched to an order, so we can't refund them.

Returns ship to: 402 N 37th Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85009, USA. Your prepaid label will have the correct address for your region.

REFUND TIMING

Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund, email info@hoddogs.com and we'll chase it.

EXCHANGES

Want a different size or item? Email us. We'll send you a return label and get the replacement moving as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier. No need to wait for the refund-and-reorder dance.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM

Check your order when it lands. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, email us straight away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

EUROPEAN UNION: 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order ships into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Our 30-day guarantee already covers you beyond that, but it's your right and we're stating it.
